Cancellation Policy

All services and purchases are offered within a structured and professionally boundaried framework. This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for both client and practitioner.

Session Bookings

All spiritual guidance sessions are appointment-based and require advance payment confirmation.

Because sessions involve preparation and dedicated time allocation:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

  • Requests received within this timeframe may be eligible for rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not qualify for rescheduling or refund, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests should be sent via official contact channels.

New session timing will be offered based on availability.

Virtual Service Delivery

Once virtual service details or session links are shared via email or WhatsApp, the booking is considered confirmed and active.

Ritual Kit Orders

Orders for physical products cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Cancellation requests before shipment may be considered.

Exceptional Situations

In rare cases where sessions must be rescheduled by us, an alternate time will be offered.
