Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual services and curated ritual products, the following policy applies.

Spiritual Guidance Sessions

All session payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refunds are not provided based on personal expectations or outcomes.

Rescheduling may be considered under the cancellation policy.

Ritual Kits

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged during transit

• Incorrect item received

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used ritual kits cannot be returned due to hygiene and energetic integrity reasons.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
